Cannot Login to Account - Payment Successful but Locked

Hello ManyChat Support Team,

I have an account issue and need help:

Account Email: love5202615@gmail.com
Invoice ID: 2782277-6
Invoice Date: Apr 2, 2026
Subscription Status: PAID (Already Paid)

Problem:
- Cannot login to my account
- Error message: "此登入選項對應的 Manychat 帳戶不存在"
- Instagram account (courage0123) is already connected to this account
- The account is locked even though payment is successful

Request:
Please unlock my account so I can login again and use all features.

    Queria enviar um formulário de recuperação, mas não estou conseguindo.

    Hi ​@courage  I think your best option is to contact Manychat support team, let me ask them how you can do it, as you cannot log in so you dont have access to help solution.
