Previously, I added one of my employees to ManyChat to connect and test with my Facebook Page. Now that the employee has quit, the ManyChat bot is still running on the page. I can’t remove ManyChat from the Facebook Page admin settings. How can I completely disconnect or delete ManyChat from the page?

You'll need to access the Manychat account that has your Facebook Page/ Meta Business Suite connected.
If your former employee didn't share the account's login and password before, maybe you could ask him about it.
And if that's not possible, you can try opening a ticket to Manychat's support team explaining it with details and proving it's your/ your business Facebook page. They will be able to help you with that and probably disconnect your Page from any Manychat account.
