Hello! Can someone please help me with this? I am trying to update the permission of my Instagram account to enable the Hi To New Followers feature but whenever I am here to update the permission there’s nothing showing on to share with Manychat. Thank you for your help!
i have the same exact question. its not working for me
I read a little bit ago that Meta limited the availability of that feature. I think it’s just on some accounts maybe. Not sure if that is helpful but wanted to share!

I can’t check if your account has or not this feature available, but Meta has applied some restrictions on this new feature and the majority of us doesn’t have the option to “activate” it.
At the moment, the only thing we can do is waiting for Meta to approve our accounts 🥲
