I just replicated the issue and I was able to hear the voice. Please make sure your ManyChat app is up-to-date and also have proper permissions in the phone. If the issue persists, you can try on another device and let us know.
I already checked the app is up to date and not only my device, my other partners’s devices also cant click play the replied voice message, but i did try to send voice message using my own fb profile to the page, i can play my own voice message in manychat,
