cant Link ManyChat to IG Due to Wrong Business Portfolio

I have just attempted to setup Manychat to begin using it on my account and it has said that I need to provide access and the business portfolio is had selected is an old IG account of mine that I no longer have access to and doesn’t even exist? I tired support and they haven’t provided much help I have been going round in circles for hours across my phones, laptop and desktop no luck please can someone help me!

Hi, ​@ElliottPrompts, to be honest I had a similar issue, not all my Meta´s portafolio showed up  due to securtiy issues.  What I did was to get access again to all my portafolio (in Meta)  following their security steps in the Buiness Manager.

In the mean time, from Manychat side, you can just try to connect your new account using the “See More Options” botton. Try that way to see if it works.

Hi, I now have logged into the business portfolio but still just getting nowhere I need some actual help from support with this issue on what to do as I keep just going round in a loop. Can I get a real agent or support somewhere?

Please really want to just fix this!
