Cant upgrade to Pro due to Admin error

Hey everyone!
I’m having an issue trying to upgrade a client's ManyChat account to Pro. I keep getting the error 'You have insufficient rights to manage page billing. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.'

 

I am logged in as the owner/admin with full access, but the platform won't let me proceed.
Same happens if I am logged in as myself, with Admin rights.

Because the account is currently on the Free plan, I can't reach human support to resolve it. Has anyone dealt with this error and found a fix?
