It would be amazing if we could capture the keyword that triggered an automation.

For example, if you have multiple keywords you can see which one was used. If we have a keyword trigger like begins with or contains (let's say the key word is MENU and someone sent MENU123. We can get and manipulate MENU123 in different ways...) we could get the whole thing and manipulate. This can open a world of opportunities for us.

You have that already, use the ‘Last Text Input’ field ;)

Yeap it’s available for all channels.

 


Crazy. It wasn't avaible for me.

I had to go to Default Reply and copy a message from there, with this variable. Now it's working. 🤷🏻

@Raquel C i make it work with messages sent via DM. Is there anyway to do the same with posts/reels comments that triggered the automation?
