Hi I am designing a 3 days quiz on retirement to test my audience knowledge on retirement planning and needs in my country.in day 2 and day 3 of the Quiz I will ask the audience if they have any friends that might be interested in this type of quiz as well.I will than encourage them to share their friend’s contact by using the Telegram and Whatsapp share contact feature. However I am not sure how to capture the data in my UserField.I try using {Input last Text} {Contact ID} {Phone} but it can’t capture the data directly froim the share contact feature.The worse case scenario is to tell the quiz participants to type in manually their friend’s name and contact number as that is making it way harder than purely sharing a contact.Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?
@Dantheman88 I’m pretty sure we can’t catch the information of a shared contact in Manychat.
So I believe you’ll need to ask them to enter their friends’ contact info unfortunately.
