When messenger begins chatting with Mobot, the DMode Digital chatbot, it goes directly to AI (installed as a template). I want it to first go to the “New Mobot Flow”. I am new with Manychat, and I don’t know the difference between a flow and a template. Can you please explain.

But you can change the Default Reply by going to Settings > [Channel - IG/Messenger/etc] > Default Reply. There you can select which automation/flow you want to use as the Default Reply.
You can also change the ‘Welcome Message’ in some channels - which is the first message the bot will send.
What channel are you working with and exactly what’s the behavior you’d like?

I am using a hubspot landing page where my bot resides: https://46853540.hs-sites.com/dmodedigital
I would like to add more to the flow to get more user engagement. I purchased a platform with premade templates including BotBuilders Core which had a lot more fluff, but there was a lot of redundancy between the flow and the landing page as far as user input so I simplified as shown, but I would like the user experience to be more fun like with gifs and more user input. Can you give me any ideas?
