Change owner of account

I’m trying to sign up.    The msg I get is this:

The problem is, this person isn’t on our team anymore, has no access to our page (she used to, pre-covid), and doesn’t have access to the email she had (we disabled it).   I can’t find anywhere in our Meta page settings that shows a request, and in the team members, she’s not listed there.   How can I delete/scratch all of this to start over?

The issue is that there's a pending access request hanging in Meta's system, tied to an account that no longer has access.

Try this:

  1. Go to Facebook.com → your Page → Page Settings
  2. Look for "Page Access""People with Facebook access" → check for a "Pending requests" tab
  3. If you don't see it there, go to Meta Business SuiteSettings → Pages → Pending requests
  4. Or try business.facebook.com/settings/pages in Meta Business Manager
  5. If the page isn't linked to any Business Manager, you can also try disconnecting from Manychat and reconnecting fresh - it may clear the pending state

If none of that works, your fastest path is contacting Meta Support directly - this is on their end to clear.
