Ive a long time trying to change profile name but only email is possible to change. the name is from a people that was not on the team a long time ago, but name still there.

Go to Home tab, then click on “See Insights”
There, you’ll be able to change the profile name

+1Like an admin can change the account name but not user (member) profile name.
With this I only can change the account name (business account name) not a member name.
if a member login and click on insights this change is not possible. Its like that the manychat system get the google/facebook account name and saved. but if you change on google account or facebook account is not changing on manychat.

I have changed my page name, and I was having a similiar issue, so I just refresh permissions to re connect Metas with MC and it worked:
