I would like to switch to the annual plan, but when I click on the pricing page, it redirects me to this website: https://manychat.com/pricing where I’m unable to proceed. I tried logging in and clicking on “try 14 days for free” for the annual plan, but it just redirects me to my account and my billing is showing me as monthly plan without any changes.
Could you please advise me on how I can purchase the annual plan? I have been subscribed to the monthly Pro plan for almost three months and would like to change to the annual subscription.
