I have many chat pro version and I can’t connect my Instagram to it. I have my Facebook business page connected but it won’t connect to my Instagram. Do you not get two channels with the pro version?

Yes, you can absolutely use multiple channels under a single Pro subscription. You do not need a separate subscription for each channel as long as they are connected to the same Manychat workspace.
Most connection issues between Facebook and Instagram happen due to Meta's underlying permissions. To successfully connect your Instagram account, make sure to check the following:

Account Type: Your Instagram account must be a Professional account (either Business or Creator). Personal accounts cannot be connected to Manychat.

Meta Link: The Instagram account must be fully linked to the Facebook Business Page you already connected. You can check this by going to your Facebook Page settings, looking for Linked Accounts, and verifying the Instagram connection.

Permissions: Sometimes Meta requires you to review or confirm the connection between the page and the Instagram profile directly on Facebook.
If you have verified all these settings and Meta shows everything is perfectly linked, but Manychat still won't connect the channel, it might be a specific glitch with your account permissions.
