Hi all,
I’m new to Many Chat and set up a ad click automation on a low budget ad while trying to learn everything. Since going live yesterday I’ve had 30 clicks but no automations go through.
It’s linked on Meta Ads Manager and on the Manychat side, and the automation is live so I’m a bit lost as to what’s going wrong. Would anyone have any ideas?

I’m glad to hear you’re starting to use Manychat to automate your ad responses!
Looking at your screenshots, it seems the issue may be related to the Trigger selection. In the first image, the flow selected is “Click on ads (Manychat)”, while in the second image the trigger appears as “Click on ads” (not the same name)
If you created more than one version or recently updated the flow, you might need to refresh the page and select the correct trigger again.
Also, please make sure that the flow you’re connecting is published, otherwise the automation won’t fire.
