seems manychat can link existing whatsapp business number to manychat using the coexistence option, so does this mean that the chat history can be accessed either by the manychat dashboard or through the whatsapp application?

​@sota yes, you keep access to the app and Manychat can also see the messages and interact.

      There may be country restrictions in place - not sure.

      Unfortunately, I also tried to connect to ManyChat with Coexistence in Italy today, but the option isn't there at all. I'm only shown this option, but Italy has no restrictions on its use; at least according to the guidelines, I don't see Italy blocked for Coexistence. Does anyone know why the coexistence option is no longer visible? Thanks a lot.

      ​@Kla i tried using existing account, and it coexistence , where i am able to access the chat from my whatsapp application and from the manaychat ui… maybe the options is now part of existing account,
