Question 1 — Instagram Collab Post Automation
I want to know how an automation would work in this scenario when a collaboration post is set up between 2 accounts:
Account A = 0 followers, original poster, ManyChat set up on their end
Account B = 500K followers, accepts the collab invite
If a viewer follows Account B and finds the post through Account B's profile and comments the trigger keyword — will Account A's ManyChat automation fire for that comment? Or does it only fire for viewers who found the post specifically through Account A's profile?
Question 2 — TikTok Support
Does ManyChat currently support TikTok comment automations? Specifically, can it trigger an automated DM when someone comments a keyword on a TikTok video — the same way it works on Instagram?
