Hi, @Soshereen!
Instagram Collab Post Automation
Yes, the automation on Account A will fire for that comment.
When you set up a collaborative post on Instagram, the comment section is completely shared between both participating accounts. Because Account A is the original owner of the post, its Manychat integration monitors all activity on that post. Even if a viewer follows Account B, views the post on Account B's profile, and leaves the trigger keyword there, Manychat will detect it and fire the automation.
Just keep in mind that the automated DM reply will always be sent from Account A, as that is the account hosting the automation.

TikTok Comment Automation
The ability to trigger an automated private DM directly from a comment does not work the same way on TikTok as it does on Instagram due to API limitations from TikTok's side.
While Manychat does support TikTok automation, the comment-to-DM trigger is currently restricted by TikTok to only a few select regional markets and is still in beta...
The most effective workaround on TikTok is to use the User sends a message trigger. You can use your video or caption to guide viewers to directly DM you the keyword (e.g., "DM me the word GUIDE").

Hope this helps!
