Comment on facebook post

Hello,

i have a question about “comment on post” pls.

I make a publication on facebook, it's a quizz with 9 questions.

When people write in comment a number between 1 to 9, it's open the messenger with the question.

Triggers are ok, and it work.

But it work only when people make 1 uniq comment.

If someone want to play again, then write a new number in a new comment, it doesn't work.

Do u know the reason pls ?

@Nico999 that’s how the Manychat integration works, it only triggers once per post per person.

I suggest you give them an option to play again at the end of your flow if that’s what you want to accomplsih.

thanks for your reply.

When i wrote “play again” in the help center, there is nothing to help me to understand how i set up that.

Maybe i don’t he good keyword, do u know how i can find information to understand how to set up that ?

@Nico999 I meant a button, that says ‘Play Again’ and sends people to the beginning of your automation. That’s it ;)
