When people comment the key word on my reels on Instagram, which is 'teach', they get a DM with the links to my products.
2 problems:
1 - Instagram hides ALL the key word comments on my reels, they literally just disappear
2 - no one opens my DMs anymore, so I am wondering if they even receive them?
Manychat has said the issue is not with them and the automation is working correctly. Please help😪

If all the comments are being hiden by Meta, it means that Meta flagged that word for some reason.
Have you tried to switch the keyword to another?
This is happening with all automations, or just with this one?
Thanks so much. It happens with some reel posts and not others and the keyword is 'teach' on all of them so its the same automation for all of them. Should I try to change the keyword? Thank you
