When people comment the key word on my reels on Instagram, which is 'teach', they get a DM with the links to my products. 

2 problems:

1 - Instagram hides ALL the key word comments on my reels, they literally just disappear 

2 - no one opens my DMs anymore, so I am wondering if they even receive them?

Manychat has said the issue is not with them and the automation is working correctly. Please help😪
