Comment-to-DM feature not working for 100% of the time

Hi everyone, 

I know that sometimes Comment Replies can be going out slower, but now DMs after somebody comments have been missing in large number of cases.

Leads would comment the right keyword, for the first time on that post, all of that. Manychat permissions have also been refreshed yesterday. 

Does anybody else keep having that bug, and if so, I’m curious how have you been able to solve it

This is seriously impacting our business, as both this and new follower automation haven’t been working for months now
