Hi guys, I have had a lot of success using the free version so recently upgraded to paid. My flows are being triggered successfully in comments but not in DMs or Story replies. I have remade them, tested them with different accounts, watched the videos from others Qs and still it’s not working in DMs/stories.
I feel like it’s a facebook setting but I have been alllll over the place checking everything but there doesn’t appear to be an issue. Any help would be great. Thanks

The template you’re using is only for comments on posts or reels. If you want to activate an automation for stories or DMs, you need to create another flow.
Using templates, you have these options:
Also, you can make your own flow. For that, go to automation tab and click on “+ new automation”
Then, choose the trigger (you can add more than one):
After that, you can create a flow as you like.

Set up, I just tested it out with another account but it didn’t trigger the flow

I followed the steps but it hasn’t worked. Everything was already pointing to Manychat and I appear to be on the newer version. I really don’t know what to do. The only odd thing in Facebook is that the Messenger receiver is grey’d out and there are 2 Manychat connected apps at the top - should I remove one?
