I’m reaching out about an urgent issue with my account on impact.com. My account was deactivated yesterday (April 30th), and I’m concerned this might affect my commission for promoting your brand. Could you please let me know if your team reported my account or if there’s any way you can help me resolve this issue? My commission was supposed to lock in today (May 1st), and I’m worried about not getting paid for my promotional work.
