Connect account to IG (already connected to another account?)

Hello,

I can’t connect my IG account. It says request sent, but I get no email or notification on IG. Where should the request be sent to? I thought it was connected to another account, but I logged in to MC with the other email, and under channels it says nothing. What should I do?

I fixed it! It was connected to another account in MC with FB. I deleted that link and connected IG to the email I wanted. Thanks!

Hello, 

We are the official owners of the instagram account @myndrickclothing and its connected Facebook business manager. 

When trying to connect it to Manychat, we receive the message that it is already connected to another workspace. 

However : 

  • The account was created only month ago 
  • The Facebook page was also created recently 
  • No one from our team has ever used many chat with this instagram account
    • We do not have access to any other workspace connected to it 

In meta business manager, we can clearly see that many chat has access to the instagram account, but we cannot access the workspace so we can reconnect it properly.

This is urgent as we are preparing campaigns
