connecting instagram account bit says its already connected somewhere else

hey im trying to connect my instagram account but when i get to the final step it says that the account is already connected to another facebook account, and is asking me to request access. once i send the request i cant find where the request is going to so im just doing circles trying to find where its landed and have had no luck. any ideas as to what i could do?

HI ​@palopenguin, It seems in the past you had already connected your Manychat Account with another FB account. If you dont have access to that account, you can instead try to open a new Manychat account (use a different sing-inoption) and conect it to the new FB.If not,you can contact manychat support team so they can help you with the one you already have:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_pageHope this helps!Cata Rendon
