When you build an external request, you can test if everything is set up correctly. You can use one of your contacts to do so.

If everything is ok, it will show you something like this

If there is an error, it will show you what’s missing on the preview.

Sometimes there is no error on the preview because your body is set up correctly, but if the test fail, you can check the logs. Go to settings → logs and check if there is some information there.
