Hi, I’m trying to connect my Instagram account @itsstackd to my ManyChat workspace for Stackd, but I keep getting “Showit & SquareSpace Website Designer already connected to ItsStakd.” That connection is to an old workspace I can no longer access, because the login was tied to hello@itstakd.com, an email I deleted. Meta has confirmed the connection (Business portfolio: itsstackd, ID 1578499120179205; Instagram: @itsstackd, ID 17841475519930183). Could you please release @itsstackd from the old workspace so I can connect it to my current one? I can verify ownership with my ABN and business details.
