I’ve been having issues since the beginning of the year with the process of connecting a WhatsApp number (which I already set up in ManyChat) to my Facebook page.

I noticed that after linking WhatsApp with ManyChat, the number wasn’t automatically connected to my page. When I tried to add it manually from the Linked Accounts section, it showed as "Connection request pending" (Screenshot attached).

Because of this, I haven’t been able to run campaigns using the WhatsApp number I have in ManyChat. I’ve been dealing with this issue since February 1st, 2025.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix it?

Check your Meta WhatsApp Manager (https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager). Maybe you find more information about whats happening there.
