I am on a free account and the limit is 1000 contacts but the thousand contacts that are being added, aren’t being added from interacting with Manychat posts. And I have not added them manually. They are adding people to my contacts that I just DM through IG. How can I get this to stop?

Once you’re on the paid plan you can delete contacts to keep your bill lower.
