Hello All,
I have several Automations set up to reply once someone drops a word. I wanted to download these contacts tagging them by the word they dropped in order to market to their likes.
When I go to contacts though it’s separated by who click on a link or widget not by the word they dropped. How do I determine who dropped what and download that group together. Or is there a better way to do it? For now I downloaded the contacts per Widget Date and time.
