My account was blocked for a couple of days due to payment, and I can't recover the data from the messages received during those days. I have 827 contacts in critical.
How can I get them back?

This is your Manychat Log page. It only shows errors and warnings about your flows and connections. In other words, it only informs you about something unexpected that has occurred.
You could open a ticket to the support team (How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help) asking if there's some way they could “reprocess” those events in order to get the messages, but there is a high chance it isn't possible, since it must come directly from Meta.
