When setting up the automation for Instagram DM and selecting the content block “Card”, I notice that the thumbnail doesn't display instantly in iOS Instagram. The iOS user need to get out of the conversation then going back in to make the thumbnail displayed.
When we tested another account, this issue didn't occur.
Is there any settings/configurations that I need to tweak to resolve this issue?

That seems to be a Meta issue with that account of yours. It is highly possible that in a couple of days it goes back to normal.
I have accounts that, sometimes, give me totally strange issues and “fix itself” in some time.
But if that issue persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with Meta's support to take a look at it.
Unfortunately, Manychat can't help much with this kind of problems.
