Hey, I'm trying to trigger an action when a conversation is closed, but I'm not succeeding. Do you have any idea how this can be done? The trigger should activate when the conversation is closed.

@Yair as far as I know there isn’t a trigger for when a conversation is closed, but it’s definitely a good idea to add to the list (here).

What I’ve done in the past is instruct the live chat operators to either send a flow or tag the person when they want to close the conversation, and then do any automations on that trigger.
