For the comments that are not working, check if the person has already commented before. Automations are triggered only once per comment on each post.

If nothing is working, first make sure the automation is set up correctly, as explained in the previous article. You can also try testing it using one of Instagram's templates.

After that, try resetting the permissions by following the instructions in this article:
