This needs immediate attention.
I am based in India and my ManyChat PRO subscription is currently blocked because your billing system is rejecting six different valid Indian cards and one Canadian card across multiple banks. Every card supports international and online payments and works on other SaaS platforms. The problem is clearly on ManyChat’s billing side, yet the burden is falling on my business.
I raised a critical ticket over 12 hours ago and there has been zero response. For a platform that promotes itself as business-grade, this level of support on a billing outage is unacceptable. My active workflows and customer communication are being disrupted while I wait in silence.
Facts:
• Six valid Indian cards declined
• Multiple banks and networks tested
• International transactions enabled
• Billing information correct
• Live operations are being affected right now
This is not a configuration doubt. This is a service outage caused by failed billing on your end. I need this escalated to an actual human immediately. At a minimum I expect acknowledgement, temporary account protection, and investigation of your India billing processor.
