I’ve already checked all the connections (both from Facebook and ManyChat), rewrote and reactivated the journeys, but nothing has changed.
This issue is really hurting my campaigns and I’m losing leads because of it.
Please, if any of the ManyChat team members or experienced users can look into this or guide me, I’d be so grateful. I really need urgent help.

Agree! It’s so frustrating and there has been zero communication from manychats acknowledging they are aware of it or working on it.
