Hi all,
I’ve noticed an issue with the ManyChat mobile app: when a customer sends an image with text (caption/message), the app only shows the image. The text doesn’t appear unless I check the conversation on desktop.
It’s pretty inconvenient when replying on the go, and it feels like something that should be a quick fix.
Is this a known issue? And is there a fix planned, or any workaround in the meantime?
