i'm running Dark posts Ads since may 2024. Inviting people do type specific key words so they can receive an auto-reply.
i just noticed it's not working any more for dark posts (only for posts on my grid).
Any one facing the same?

Meta is changing a lot lately regarding integrations and automation platforms…
That isn't working for me for a long time by now. If you wish to trigger automations directly via Ads, I'd suggest using the Ads Trigger: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281321942428-Instagram-Ads-Trigger
It has some limitations, but works better than needing one extra step, that is the user sending the keyword in order to start the automation.
