Data collection on IG preview don't work

I'm using data collection to request a user's email on Instagram direct.
When testing automation using Instagram preview, ManyChat seems to bypass the user input step and move straight to the next action.
I've also tried the default templates, but the issue persists.

    ​@lenu can you share a screenshot of your setup? Maybe we can get a better idea of what's happening by looking at it.

    ​@lenu make sure to preview it in IG (with the option below selected):

     

    And check that the Data Collection expires setting isn't too short:
