Hello!

I have the following case:
I set up a block that collects data from WhatsApp, I place invalid responses, and I test it. First, it responds correctly with the response configured for invalid responses. Then, when the maximum number of attempts is reached, the flow skips without showing the "skip" button. It simply continues as if the user had responded correctly.

Do you have any idea what could be happening? Could it be a mistake on my part, or is this part not working properly?

Hi, @misao!

That's working as expected, but I see that you need to insist more to receive your file…
You can add an action with a specific tag to your Data Collection Block.

As next step, you set a condition checking if the contact has that Tag and continues, otherwise, connect it back to the step asking for the file.

PS: The Skip button doesn't appear in WhatsApp. 😉

Hope this helps!

Hi, @Fabio Gaulke
Ah, that's how I should set it up. Okay, thank you very much for your help.
