How do I make it so I can send a reel link through IG dm’s with manychat and it actually take them to the app instead of the desktop? I have tried a lot of things but nothing is working.

Hey,
That's probably Instagram itself opening the links inside its internal browser.
But… Manychat always shortens button links to get the click data. If that isn't important to you, try disabling it:
(There's still the chance that IG opens the link inside it's browser)
