Default DM Reply

Hello! I have the default reply enabled. It sends the automated message every time someone sends me a DM. Is it supposed to be like that?

How do I make it so if it is the first time messaging they get the automated reply, but no more after that? So just one automated reply per contact.

Hi @HelloRaine you can set it to 'Once every 24 hours' and it will stop triggering with every message.
