Is there any update on the Instagram “Follow to DM / Say Hi to New Followers” bug?
We saw the Manychat status page mentioning delays and failures with this automation, apparently related to a Meta-side issue.
Our automation is Live/Published, but it still does not trigger consistently when new users follow our Instagram account.
We already checked: - Instagram account is connected - Permissions were refreshed - Automation is published - Tests were made with new follower accounts
Is anyone still experiencing the same problem? Has Manychat or Meta shared any expected timeline or workaround?

At this point, it is necessary to wait for Meta to resolve the issues on their end to see if the situation improves.
