I deleted a funnel and the manychat automation linked to it. I have new automations using the same trigger word GUIDE, someone just commented on an old post, and the word GUIDE triggered the old deleted message, but then obviously the link to them to a deleted page.
How can they receive a message that has been deleted? And how do i get the trigger word to only send the new guide?
Check your trash folder and deactivate there.
the deleted automations have been deleted from the trash. Are you saying I can never you those trigger words again, even though they have been permanently deleted?
You should need to deactivate trigger first, then delete automation.
I already said that the automation has been deleted and removed from trash, so this isn’t an option

If you search for “GUIDE” on the automation tab, what do you see?
