Hi, can anyone explain the difference between sent and delivered? I have 42 DMs sent (through manychat) and 32 delivered (76.2% delivery rate).
I also have 32 opens…..is it not considered delivered until it’s opened? I don’t get why there wouldn’t be a 100% delivery rate
How are you, that happens because people are not following you and do not receive your messages, there is the difference between sent (send to everyone) and delivered (only those who follow you receive or do not have message restrictions)
some of my followers are not getting the messages delivered even though manychats sent it to them. So there must be more to this that it just being followers
