Hi there! Quick question, maybe someone knows.. I have multiple IG accounts and I want to automate a different one than the one on display. Do you know how I can switch or edit it? Please n thank you!

hi, just click here, and you’ll see all your accounts connected to Manychat.

 

This is how I manage my accounts and my clients’ as well.

    @Kaylajaynewright for connecting new accounts it’s always better to do it on the laptop.

    I suggest using the app exclusively for Live Chat management. Everything else (config and automation building) should be done on a computer.
