Disable ManyChat tracker when sending external URL in chat

I’m trying to configure the chatbot to send an external URL (usually a Facebook/Instagram reel video) in Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. However, when the user taps on the external link, it usually trigger ManyChat tracker URL first, then redirect the user to the actual URL of the reel video. I already turned off the the setting “Automatically send events to the Conversation API ...” in Settings/Ads Optimization, but this behavior is still occurring.
