Hi all, SO i had previously mad an account but haven’t used for a long time. I logged in with Google adn connected my new IG. Now I realise I had originally created my account with Facebook.

I want to disconnect IG from the Google log in but I cannot access it as it says the email already in use (which it is via the Facebook log in) so I can’t connect IG in the correct place with my other channels and cannot disconnect as I cannot even verify to get into the settings! So conused what to do. I do not want to log into google for IG and log in via Facebook for tip tok & FB page - help!

​@JoannaNaicker most likely you’ll end up deleting one of the accounts and keeping the other (connected to all your channels).

I suggest you pick which one to delete, disconnect the channels connected to it, and delete it. Then connect the channels to the other account.

If you have automations you can migrate them from one to the other using templates or duplicating automations.

And if you’re not sure what to do, contact support and they’ll help you. Make sure you mention both accounts in your ticket so they know what you’re talking about. ;)
