Dm Ads , message templates cant be set manually "meta limitiaition"

Hello mannychaters ,

I am currently facing an issue with instagram DM ads , i cant set message template to track convo source .
I faced that with multiple accounts , when someone clicks on my ad, i previously had the chance to choose specific trigers now its only “can i learn more about your business” meta template 
anyone faced that ?

    When you’re building your ad, please make sure to choose engagement type of campaign. At the end, it will appear the option “partner app”. There, you can choose one of your automations.

    Hi ​@Laetitia Moussalem  for IG Adds, I recommend using the ManyChat Partner App – Instagram Ads Trigger, which is the supported way to track source and trigger flows from IG ads. You can find a guide on how to set it up here:
