DM Automation

Same for me for about 2 hours now. Refreshed permission, didn't help. 

What can we do?

I’ve done that too.  This is pretty frustrating to be honest, I am a newer user and to not have it working leaves such a poor impression coming out of the gate.  I would feel better if support was actually accessible.

It's only post/reel automation. Ad automations are still working in my account . 

I wonder if it’s happening to anyone else too. And what the solution is.

I'm experiencing the same problem and my followers are annoyed by this situation. What's worse is that I don't even know if there is live support where I can explain my problem. I've renewed the permissions multiple times, but the system still isn't working.

Yep, same situation. I have a large account of 1.1M followers @misscarolineflett , and right now all Posts & Reels automations are NOT firing or working. (This problem started at about 10 AM CTA, Wed. November 19.)

DM automations and Stories automations are still working.

We have also done a ton of troubleshooting:

• Refreshed permission six times
• Followed the troubleshooting steps provided by Manychat AI chat (trying to address the problem through Facebook, without success)

I've already reached out to the Manychat team through the app and email, but haven't heard back yet.

(For context, I have a large account of 1.1M followers @misscarolineflett, and we run dozens of automations with hundreds of messages daily, but haven’t had a problem like this before that wasn’t solved quickly).

💡 It may be worth reaching out to chat support through the Manychat app/desktop to flag 🚩 the problem more quickly.

Literally the same thing is happening to me right now too

I’m with you. Very frustrating and concerning, especially since we haven't heard anything back.

I've created multiple support tickets, so I'm just hoping that we hear something soon.

I did email my direct contact at Manychat, and she got back to me saying that she's going to forward this to the customer support team. I also let her know that many people seem to be experiencing the same issue, so hopefully that prioritizes it with Manychat.

im a new user, i ve trying to make it work for 1 hour, and now, reading ur messages i just realized that its not working actually and its not me haha

My automation stopped working about 4 hours ago too, I'm just like you guys waiting for it to go back to normal.

As minhas automatizações também param, e pra piorar o manychat não tem suporte nenhum o suporte e nos aqui na comunidade…

Certamente é um problema interno deles.

Infelizmente para contas grandes e coisa que temos que ter controle e criar um redundância no n8n.
