Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with an Instagram automation that used to work perfectly.
Here's my setup:

A user leaves any comment on a specific Instagram post.

The automation checks whether they're following my account.

If they are, it sends them a DM with a link to a file.
This workflow worked flawlessly before, but now it only works intermittently. Sometimes the DM is sent, and sometimes nothing happens.
I've checked the accounts of people testing it:

Their Instagram profiles are public.

They don't have DMs blocked.
-
They are following my account.
The exact same automation succeeds for some users but fails for others without any obvious pattern.
Has anyone experienced this recently? Is this a Meta/Instagram issue, a ManyChat bug, or is there something else I should check?
