HiI 

Is anyone else having issues with IG DM automations? My automations aren’t new, so not sure why the DMs or automated messages aren’t being sent.

    Hey ​@nourishingyuko there’s an ongoing issue from Meta which may be affecting you, especially if these were automations that worked before and suddenly stopped working.

    This issue will cause that some messages and triggers never arrive in Manychat, and therefore Manychat can’t run the automations.

    Try first Refreshing Permissions. If this still fails, try contacting support so they can log your case.
